UMT Graduation Ceremony 2019:

The 2019 Hong Kong Graduation Ceremony was successfully held on Aug 3, 2019, Saturday in the Herbalgy Lecture Theatre at City University of Hong Kong.

More than 260 participants from China, Hong Kong and Macau attended. During the ceremony, graduate representatives, Mr. John Law shared his personal story. Mr Marco Wu GBS was the honorable guest speaker.

Mr John Law is a lecturer teaching English and Business courses in some local colleges and universities. There were three main reasons for making such a choice to choose UMT’s DBA program. Firstly, this
program offered him great flexibility to complete the assignments and the dissertation in a flex-mode. Secondly, as nowadays maintaining continuing professional development, the CPD, is
inevitable if we want to survive longer in our career. Thirdly, he wishes to achieve the full-potential for self-actualization in my life. He believes the completion of DBA is just a beginning step for a new journey.

Mr. Marco Wu GBS, Former Chairman of Hong Kong Housing Society and former Director of the Buildings Department, inspired UMT graduates to encourage the graduates to live with commitments to themselves that are grounded on their innermost thoughts about what are important to them, what they want out of life, and how they will have to conduct themselves to uphold their self-respect..

Dr. CK Hung, the Chairman of UMT HK Alumni Association, represented the UMTHKAA. He invited all UMT alumni to participate in upcoming activities.
